We will be hosting the above at the Royal Cinque Ports Yacht Club, Dover (behind swimmers beach).

 
£50 including drinks and refreshments

There will be a room for the seminars and a separate room offering privacy where medicals will be provided by Dr Mig Arbide.
The day will equip you with the information you will need to fulfil your dream of swimming the Channel, Lake or another swim as a soloist or relay member.
A number of experienced Channel swimmers and Coaches will be on hand to offer information and guidance and 2 Pilots from the CS&PF & CSA.

The date is early in the season which will allow you to plan the rest of your season in respect of training.

Medicals

Price is £77 plus an additional £38 if an ECG is required, paid on completion of the medical by cash or bank transfer.
